Esperanza Health & Wellness Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working in the food insecurity space fighting against hunger in our communities. We are a private non-profit agency whose principal mission is to provide individuals and families with compassionate and comprehensive care to promote wellness and build strong communities.

We source and acquire fresh produce, food, and other sustainable products. We distribute that food to people in need in our communities through charitable agencies, or directly through our Esperanza Healthy Families/Healthy Seniors Food Assistance Program©.

We mobilize multiple resources in the fight against hunger in our communities.

We conduct health and wellness education classes, and empower the communities we work with through education, awareness, and advocacy.

We work with several organizations, including all levels of government, non-profit/private/for-profit firms, and businesses.
